Hixon coming back to coach WRs.
Nate Burton/former GT player also coming with GC from Temple.
Hopefully/possible talking to Tashard Choice to coach RBs.

2 rumors but looking likely:

George Godsey (OC/QB)
Liam Klein - Kennesaw State - maybe DL coach not sure which means Giff Smith/Eric Henderson unlikely

If you believe recruiting matters, you're going to like this staff a lot! Will post more as I know it.

Interesting. If true, I like all the boxes that Hixon checks. Experience at Tech, experience at other major programs, and experience coaching elite receivers in the NFL.

I am really hopeful and it seems like he and/or Eric Henderson would make a ton of sense but I have heard nothing about either of them coming. But I hope one or both do.

It's all true unless background checks turn something up. I think another guy from Temple staff but I have no idea who he is. Very young guy. Like under 30 young. I will post his name in the thread once I know for sure. And again, this is all pending background checks.

Sorry, I don't. Have some meetings in the morning. Will try to update by 11 am but others might know more by then. On paper, this is going to be a helluva staff that can recruit like crazy. I trust they can develop and coach as well as they recruit. We also will have two unpaid consultants who will hang around some. You might have heard of them; Fridge and O'L.
