Cool pic, few comments

Are you kidding or no? I was wondering exactly how WH is "backing" GT. That's a hell of a way to back us! Being able to be efficient in travel is one way a small staff can save time and recruit like a larger staff that is flying commericial.

I do believe that's the WaHo plane. There was a pic tweeted of it a couple of weeks ago and I think it had those stripes. Can't find it now.

In Ken's AJC article, it said there is no formal alliance between Coach Collins and Waffle House yet, but they are working on it. Basically, this is all Coach Collins schmoozing and it's going to pay off in big support and donations. It's awesome.
That's a different one. WaHo owns at least 5 planes. 3 twin prop Beechcraft King Air and 2 jets. The one they posted the original tweet was one of the King Air's. I posted it all in another thread last week.

Here's the original tweet:

And here are at least 5 aircraft owned by WH:

N500GF - Gulfstream III - Waffle House Inc - N/A for public tracking
N502GF - Beechcraft King Air - W H Capital LLC - N/A for public tracking
N503GF - Beechcraft King Air - Waffle House Inc - N/A for public tracking
N505GF - Gulfstream IV - WH AIR INC - N/A for public tracking
N508GF - Beechcraft King Air - WH AIR KA LLC - N/A for public tracking

The jet from last night looks like old gold with black stripes. Those colors look very good from last night. They also were in the air like 20 minutes. Key tweeted before take off and Knight tweeted when they landed which was like 20 minutes later. Sure beats 2.5 hours on I-20.

Unless they have been re-striped lately, here are the 2 jets I listed that WaHo owns (that I know of, there of course could be more):

The plane in the op is not one of the gulf streams. Does not have the trademark oval windows.

I suspect this was last night's flight:

MLW LA PALOMA INC owns it.

MLW = Milton Lea Williams - CEO of Georgia Jet, which uses a Beechcraft Hawker fleet.

Man. Internet snooping is a good way to waste a lot of time. :lol2:

How does anyone fit in that plane? Dive through the small door and crawl to the back?

Just my opinion guys, but maybe WH does not want all the talk and pix on our boards relating to their plane usage and GT. Some companies get a little gun shy, with public showing of private matters. WH doesn't need a backlash from some idiots out there.

I don't think we've used it as much as people think. In all honesty, we only know of once. The rest of the time he could be using charters, such as this one that is in the OP.

I concur. I thought the fin on top was a winglet, which might mean it was the new Nextant 400 XTi.

Just a rental...

That flight was roughly 314 miles. About $1800- $2400 if you own it. More if you rent it. With 3-4 people on board, not terribly bad considering all the time saved.

The total annual budget for flying a Beechjet 400A private jet 200 hours per year is approximately $671,201 or $1,027,842 for flying 400 hours per year. The maximum speed of the Beechjet 400A is 539 mph, but with slower climb, cruise and descending speeds it is more likely to average 431 mph which would equate to an average cost per mile of approximately $7.78 at 200 hours per year. If you fly 400 hours per year, you can spread the total fixed costs over more flight hours which reduces your cost per mile to $5.96.

Sold me. I'm buying 2 of them.

Um, it was tweeted out and put into an AJC article, with quotes from Waffle House executives....I think it's fair game for StinGTalk

You gotta start charging 9.95 a month for this info. Quinlan doesn't know jack about what planes CGC is using, I bet.
