I dunno. Saban is at least considered on equal terms as the Bear by most?
Nobody is wearing Saban gear. It is still all the Bear’s style. Saban just isn’t omnipresent like the Bear. Hell, people are already looking past Saban at Dabo. And Saban is at his peak.

Other than being a short guy of Croatian descent, he doesn’t really have a distinctive look.

That's just a function of time and the fact that the older generation grew up with Bear. It's hard to believe Saban won't be held in the same esteem thirty years from now.

Hard to believe the New Yorkers will allow college football 30 years from now.

Why would Dabo go to 'bama other than big full guaranteed $ like Jimbo Fisher, he has nothing to gain and lots to lose. I'm guessing he retires at Clemson, all IMO of course and I've been wrong before.
Well, FSU certainly showed the world...they replaced Fisher with an unvetted guy with about a 60 IQ who is more interested in rap music selection and uniform combos than coaching...and paying him 5.2 million a year for six years

Well he is Bama's only target to replace Satan when he retires. Hard to fend off a program with infinite resources and zero morals.
Bama's coming after Geoff Collins after Saban retires.

Edit: i mean after he dies. He's never retiring.

I used to think a heart attack would be Saban's demise from decades of stress built up from his control freak lifestyle, but eventually I learned his control freak lifestyle is what gives him calm. It will probably be an aneurysm from the next west coast offensive coordinator he hires.

Bear at Bama – 25 years, 6 nat'l champs, 13 SEC titles, .824 record
Saban at Bama – 12 years, 5 nat'l champs, 7 SEC titles, .870 record

Both pretty dang impressive.
And the Bear was always afraid of Dodd. He may have had better overall talent, but knew Dodd was a great schemer on game day
