only planning to rent/sell lower level for the 2 ACC (non-Clemson) games or 45,000 seats. I would hope this turns into at least 100 and 200 level for those two games. But not sure what the rent is for 100/200 level as Ken does not say in the article.

Good info. 10 million in additional revenue. 38k allotment for CFA game vs Clemson.

I just know 45k is max capacity for Atlanta United have where 100 & 200 levels are open.
yeah makes sense. Ken just mentioned "lower bowl" so I took that as 100 level. I'm sure you are right but I didn't read it that way in the article.

Sometimes facts help. I knew they did it for the money and I agree with their decision. It's really grown on me. Game that can drink at and possible huge games a la the Tennessee game. Money for an athletic department that needs money. The players should like it. Parking is the only negative but we will figure it out. One game is right amount too as it needs to stay somewhat of a novelty to help attendance for it stay up.

Only opening up the lower bowl is not a good look for us

It will be a good look if we get a huge "GT GEORGIA TECH. GT" like United uses to cover the upper area

That will change with more excitement around the program (Ws). The last couple years of attendance are an aberration and not a trend. We're talking about games that are 3 seasons down the road.

This. We don't even know who the opponents are for those games yet. If the program is trending upwards and we have some of the bigger ACC opponents in those games, they will likely open the top.

Also, it's not only the lower bowl. It's the lower and middle bowl as somebody else noted above. It looks great on TV for the Atlanta United so if we do only sell the bottom 2, it'll be fine as long as it's packed.

We can't outdraw a communist, Euro-trash sport.
