I don't know if this has always been the case but it's clear that the NCAA is a political organization that makes politically motivated decisions. Otherwise there would be clearly defined rules for transfer eligibility.

100 percent true, its why a kid gets immediate eligibility because an asshat in the stands was racist to him outweighs a dying mother with a tumor in her brain.

i can't imagine the name calling ole miss kids get on their own darn home field....all of them could transfer immediately based on this. But, if your brother is dying...eh...tough öööö kid
