As regards the Steam Whistle

Also, our official reviews are brought to us now by jello pudding, or something like that.
Proof of the Pudding. It’s a catering/food service company. If they want to throw in a few bucks for that, I’m ok with it.

I thought it was perfect, actually. The official review, to see if the ref was right, is sponsored by Proof of the Pudding. Very funny.

I hope Todd, and more importantly Mike Castle, are reading this board.
Geez, man, I've got 12,996 posts and I can barely keep up with the convoluted sarcasm and pissy eye-poking on this board. I'd be shocked if Todd Stansbury spends his time trying to follow what we're saying around here. Probably got some AA underlings who peruse the various boards occasionally, but that's all I'd expect.

Rumor has it that per CGC's mandate of freshening up everything for the new 404 culture a new Reck will be unveiled at next season's home opener. It will be a (Correct shade of) Gold with White racing stripes, 2019 Dodge Challenger convertible with a Hellcat Engine, and glass pack dual exhausts. There will White & Gold leather interior, LED running board lights and a booming system. The steam whistle on 1st downs will be replaced by the revving of the Hellcat engine of the Reck and backfire. Enjoy.

I don’t recall any bitching about the RRC while I was in the band. I had friends in RRC, but it still doesn’t change that most of the club is Greeks looking for leadership opportunities.
My daughter and son in law were in the RRC. I believe you are incorrect on your thoughts.
As to the wreck not leading the team, that is total BS!

BTW: sent a few thoughts to GTAA. Mike Castle got back with me today regarding a couple of questions on my (positive) Stinger Pass. I really appreciate that and want to state (despite my numerous posts today) that since I have had any dealings with GTAA they have always been very responsive in communication, and I am sure they reasonably take my opinions into account despite the millions of others they receive. It’s got to be a thankless job.

Probably the guy that proofed the "Voice of the Mountaineers" email.

They must have gotten a ton of email complaints. Here is the generic response I got from an associate AD from my email to Todd:

——————————————

Thanks for taking the time to share your concerns and for your support of the Yellow Jackets.

My name Ayo Taylor-Dixon and I'm the Senior Associate AD for External Operations here at Georgia Tech and I got your email concerning the game on Saturday.

Our staff if working diligently to integrate a gameday environment that is energizing and appealing for our players on the field, the recruits in attendance and the fans in the stands with the longstanding traditions that are so meaningful to Georgia Tech. We will continue to adjust the gameday presentation with that goal in mind.

Thank you again for your note and your support. Go Jackets!
