I was at the game the last time we played the Citadel. On a kickoff return the Citadel guy caught the ball and threw the ball like 30 yards downfield to another guy. WTF. They were penalized for an illegal forward pass.

I hope they've learned the rules of football now.

Defense looks stellar, but gives up a couple big plays late.

The Offense still isn't out of it's janky rut.

After missing an early Field Goal, they pull King and Wells goes 4 for 4 with one 40+ yarder to seal the game.

I think the offense looks much better because we'll be more physical and more athletic.

Defense will be good, as well, but we'll break contain a couple of times and they'll break for a few first downs and maybe a touchdown or two.

The triple option returns to BDS in the form of the Citadel Bulldogs. This is going to be an easy win at a good time in the schedule. We need to rest the injured and get a good look at a lot of players. Hopefully this is the last of the 90 degree games for the year.
