CGC has some 'splainin to do

We need to get Tennessee on the schedule to decide the 2019 crown of embarressment. Though they are coming off a win we could only dream of.

The transition is complete? Its ööööing game 3 of a new coach and system. Settle down, dude.

Why don't you give CGC a chance to make some changes? How bout allowing him and the other coaches to adjust and see how they respond to tribulations like this loss?
And if they have to make changes and adjust to beat teams like citadel, we are in for some rough years

Game three and we look worse than game one against ööööing Clemson. I'm pissed now and probably over reacting but the in game play calls make him and his staff look totally out of their league.

You do realize that just about every team has ups and downs throughout a season, right? I mean we definitely need to see progress from start of the season to the end, but not every game is going to be better played than the one prior. That's as true for us as it for Clemson or Alabama.

Win the remaining ACC games and go to Charlotte. So there's that...

You don't lose to ööööing Citadel.

Told yall the OL was gonna be a major crutch all season. And injuries keep making it much worse.

I did not foresee such boneheaded game management. Tobias cant throw but he was winning us that game with his legs, and we took him out, then put him back in on 3rd and 12, then wasted the TO we needed for the kicking team with time on the clock. We need a game manager on the staff.

There were certainly no shortage of really bad coaching decisions today. The majority of them are correctable. It's just a matter of if they actually get corrected.

Well, we know one thing (and it's the one positive of the game - it was that bad): CGC proved the haters wrong.
Yeah, all those haters after the 2014 Orange Bowl who said we only crushed Miss State was because GCG had abandoned them as DC: he proved them wrong. There's no way he could have defended the triple option then judging by the defense he trotted out there today. CPJ says thanks.

This. Some of these posters have insanely gold-colored glasses on. This is going to be a painful transition. Accept it. If you can't, I'm sure Alabama has room for some more bandwagon fans.
Yeah, Bobby Ross and Bill Curry and OLeary were tough transitions as well.

Look, sadly, the citadel looked better running the triple than we did at the end of CPJ era.

People seem to forget that the offense the last couple years was just a much better version of what we do right now when Oliver is in the game. It was a bunch of QB keepers. Very little actual option.

I’ll have to process what part of the öööö show was the öööötiest today - Coaching did leave a lot to be desired. I’m probably most disappointed in the lack of discipline today -what, we had 4 personal foul penalties that negates 3rd down stops and kept Citadel drives alive? One directly resulted in 7 points.

Not having any under center short yardage plays tells me our coaching staff is inept. The only under center play we ran was a bumbled spike near the end of regulation

We would have won doing that, Bback dives, and speed pitches.

Remember in the spring game when Collins had the team line up in the flexbone/triple option and then shift into the shotgun? Karma is a bitch.

I'm not even sure 1994 was this bad. We played some pretty tough ball for sucking in 1994. Today, we just sucked

Coaching, game management. That was the öööö show.
