Not that it matters, but why did they run time off the clock after the false start? That should have been a dead ball penalty.

Also, why did they run more time off the clock when Collins called a time out? The clock had stopped before the snap.

They also completely missed the D offsides penalty.

The 10 second runoff was a result of a penalty on the offense. Collins said he was told the clock would restart on the snap. He saw it running prior to the snap, and was afraid we wouldn't get the play off, so he called timeout.

It does seem like the ref said it would start on the snap. Have to watch a replay to see for sure.

That's why they were taking their time to get the play off.

The ref said the clock would start when ready for play, that is the correct rule and I heard it through the PA system. The clock ran down to 6 seconds before the timeout was called. Refs did it all correctly.

Someone did say that the clock would start on the snap, I did hear it. It COULD have been the announcer, repeating what Collins had said.

The timeout and kicking the FG was the correct call. Just so happened Tobias scored, but that is hindsight.

I heard it, too. Someone said it I thought initially it was the ref.
