"Georgia Tech losing to an option team is like having the ex-wife drop by your place to rehang all the honeymoon photos."

Gotta agree with that quote.

Ross, O'Leary, and Friedgen.

Look up that "terrible coaching staff's"' record 1987, 88 and 89.

Give it time, man.

Saban lost to Louisiana Monroe his first season. Not that there is ever an excuse for losing to Citadel, and we obviously don't have the resources Alabama has

Serious question.....does anyone know what we are trying to accomplish offensively? By that I mean are we a spread, zone read, rpo, flexbone, prostyle, etc. offense? Do we want to establish the run for play action? Do we want to spread the defense, run plays in bunches, control the clock, etc.

We telegraph passes. If #7 is in, we are passing.

just watched the post game interviews on ramblinwreck. Several players noted that practice wasn't good last week, and that the team didn't take Citadel seriously.

That is a problem that we can't afford, and that rests on the coaching staff.
How you do anything is how you do everything or some öööö like that.

Seems to me that we don't know that, and are feeling our way through it a bit.

Total BS. That’s an excuse after getting your arse kicked. It shouldn’t take 4 qtrs to take them serious.

Louisiana Monroe is also an FBS team that didn’t have a losing record that season.

Yeah yeah, that's always how it is with these little school games.

Tired of that overdone storyline, "OMG they lost and they paid them for it". Actually $400k is pretty average
We also paid Collins about that much to coach this game, and that’s the bigger ripoff.

Seven years...

I don’t understand why our players think they are of such caliber they can take any team for granted...you would think last week was a wake up call. Ah well.

I think the coach has decided this season is a throwaway. For recruiting, he believes that it's more important to prove he is changing the offense than it is to win with anything resembling the old system. It bit him in the ass today; but for those hoping to see him use Oliver because we are better with Oliver, it won't happen.

Explanation - “missed assignments.”

That has worked on them minions, regardless of the issue, for years.
