Laskey

Tyler Davis looks overhyped. Was a decent player...at UConn. Our 2nd TE is a walkon true freshman with only Ivy offers. Not an excuse for the playcalling, but Davis had 2 balls he could have caught today. He has a big body but doesn't use it.
Yes, Davis did not impress. Maybe doesn't have 'soft' hands, maybe wasn't using his body well, maybe wasn't running the routes well – but either well he was much bigger than his coverage but couldn't bring the ball in. And they were decent balls. Not good for us.

If there's a silver lining to this tragedy, it's how it's brought you two together.

That’s a gold lining. Silver is small ball, like running a high school offense at a premier higher education football program.

University of Florida can't even close the deal on a stud QB.
No kidding. I mean, they never had had a Heisman QB there or a QB who led them to multiple national championships.
*cough* Tebow*cough*
*cough*Spurrier*cough*

And they've never had any QB's who went on to play in the pros or just won a NC there.
*cough*Jacoby Brissett*cough*
*cough*Will Grier*cough*
*cough*Chris Leak*cough*
*cough*Rex Grossman*cough*

We should think about finding fans who aren't frigging stupid.
I wonder where we'd find some of those?
FIFY

Laskey has been a biatch since we fired CPJ
While I don't disagree with the statement because I haven't followed Laskey on social media:

We. Did. Not. Fire. Johson.
He Quit. Don't give me the bs about we drove him out. Didn't happen unless you were in the room and can prove it. He QUIT.

What makes Laskey such an expert on offense? Didn’t he play in a high school offense while here?

Lol.

It was obvious to anyone with half a brain what was going on. He'd lost a portion of the fanbase that was wealthy, influential, and unrealistic, just like happens at every other school to every other coach, and instead of being fired, he figured he'd opt to bank a little less money in return for leaving on his own terms. Everyone knows this.

Wew lad

This is gonna be a ööööshow of a season on this board. I don't know if this is the worst or best possible time for a bye...

I think losing to an FCS triple option team followed by the ööööty team he bailed on to come to GT would be nightmare worst-case scenario for Geoff Collins. I don't expect a lot more wins this season, but we really really REALLY need to win this one.

Oh horseshit. Now you're just making stuff up, LOL.
News flash: I know Paul. He wasn't walking away from $2 million if he felt like he was being forced out. You quite obviously have never met the man if you think otherwise. Everyone who actually knows him knows this.

Dude, you need to step away from the keyboard today.

Call me crazy, but I'm skeptical of this claim.
Crazy. And I honestly DGAF what you believe. But your "oh he was run out" BS is getting old. Ain't true. Wasn't true. Won't be true if you keep repeating it.
