Yes, we suck now, but let's remember, we are the öööö, multiple ACC championships (öööö the ncaa), Orange bowl champions, beat UGA plenty of times, we are in the middle of the hotbed of ATL for recruiting and have so much potential....I've been a tech fan for my whole life (30 yrs) and we will get better. Remember what CPJ said, 'it's never as good or bad as it seems', we WILL get a couple insane recruits in the next few years and take over the ACC

That being said, for entertainment and hope, I want to share my tech pic from a few years ago when it was pouring down rain vs UNC, and another with my new baby from today.

We had a nice little tailgate, but needed a little more warmth during the game if you know what I mean, so I went down in the club level for drinks at halftime and felt like I really needed to drink watching the game for full enjoyment and decided I was going to deke the security....so I got my 2 glasses of red wine and told myself...hey just stick them in your pockets and walk right by the security boys and you're good....and boy did you know I snuck it right past them like the champion I am.....needless did I know, my dad a minute later burst out laughing and well....you see the result. This was my friend and I being bosses in front of the UNC bench, cucked them out of existence. We also heavily heckled their sideline as expected....

Anyways, I've got a little one now as a tech fan as you can see and we all need to just drink and get on board as we WILL trend positive, that's the only option for us as we are pretty much at rock bottom. LETS GO BOYS, JUST HAVE FUN, AND RISE UP

I expected that we’d suck but I’ve still been shocked at just how badly we’ve sucked. The combination of terrible play, not knowing who half the players on the field are yet, and the fact that our games are now 3.5 hours long is killing me.

I sat through the uga game in Athens last year. I’m not at all surprised we suck.

Nobody on this board expected us to lose to the Citadel.

EDIT: Actually, in the preseason probability poll, one dude said we had a 10% chance to win, and another said we had a 40% chance. (Most people were at 90%, of course.)

I honestly don’t know what people expected. No one thought they would lose to Citadel, but anyone who thought this was going to be a stellar year is delusional. Saban lost to ULMonroe his first year, and Dabo was at first referred to as Yaba daba doo, and prompted the term “Clemsoning”. If he gets into the middle of his second year and there is no improvement, then this discussion is valid

I’ve sat through every U[sic]GA game in Athens for the last 20+ years (and worse, the ones in Atlanta), and the bowl game in Detroit, and a lot of other bad games besides, but this is still a shockingly unwatchable offense.

It’s awful. But it wasn’t unexpected.

last year's MINN game was as ugly as the crap we've seen this year. mutt game too. Repeated QB keepers and stuffed B-back dives ain't good offense.

I can't figure out why our pretty-good WR corps was so blatantly ignored the past few years though. These kids can catch.

Top 3 opponent will make you look bad sometimes. And as I said elsewhere, phoning in bowl games isn’t anything new.

We couldn’t pass block or pass last year, as I recall, which is probably why we didn’t do it much.

The one thing this staff absolutely must do is not commit any sanctions-worthy NCAA violations. That can turn a terrible season into a dumpster fire program, like GT bball.
