I'm from Tampa, originally, where USF is located. We never considered ourselves South Florida. I-4 corridor is all Central Florida.

South Florida is comprised of Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. The rest of FL hates those posers as much as the rest of the nation does. Even Ft Myers and Naples and Southwest FL.

Tampa is very much Central FL.
