At one point, we got some sort of loud feedback over the PA. The Coke sign above the video board is coming apart. The bottom of the "C" in Cola apparently fell off recently. The stats board went out for a bit.
The field looked worse than an abandoned playground
The ATL bullshit is just a list of names of guys who might play. It is the GT version of a participation trophy.
The ride out sucks now since our players now feed off of ööööing LED's in the tunnel instead of the crowd
The "juice crew" seems forced. Like they are told to look like dancing idiots during a loss. There comes a time where you need to be damn mad, not dancing around like a fool.
There is no spinning this game. We are a joke

Buzz tripping the US flag carrier on the way onto the field today didn't help, either.
That was the biggest öööö up by far and an unknown at the time preview of things too come. You know the old adage "and to think things couldn't get any worse...

Within a few minutes after the start of the game, I turned to my daughter and predicted we'd get our asses kicked.
VT looked organized, almost professional. We looked pathetic

At one point down either 31 or 38 (I can't remember), I heard through the TV they rolled out "All the Way Turnt Up."

Oh, PA guys, you really showed VT with that one.

Buzz running into our captain and knocking the flag, mascot and player to the ground was three stooges level comedy. The sad part is that we entered the field better than we played.

I even saw on one of the GT Facebook football pages that two VT coaches going from the pressbox to the field climbed onto the Wreck to get down there. If that story is true, and since we no longer seem to emphasize the Wreck entrance, just retire the damn thing. Collins can run through strobe lights and LED's .

And if it happened, that means that useless driver and club members did nothing but watch it happen.

First time I've ever agreed with you, and sadly so.

Pregame, as well as in-game video/music/band sequencing, should be turned over to StinGTalk.

Cyp and TIA need to put together a proposal and fire it off to TStan asap.

Have we finally decided things actually ARE bad?

Nobody's going to call me old and say "ok boomer" because it's as bad as it's ever been in the 24 years I've been at BDS?

Things are bad. This season has been terrible. However, the future is not hopeless. This staff has a plan and we’d be doing GT a disservice to not allow them time to execute on that plan. The transition on the field is more painful than we all anticipated...but it is what it is.

I don’t believe the best OC and DC in the country could do much with the bodies we have in the trenches right now. We’re depleted in both God given talent and healthy bodies. The injuries we’ve sustained and youth we’re being forced to play is on par with 2015 and maybe even worse when you consider all of the Walk-Ons ...except we don’t have JT to bail us out and keep games more competitive.

That’s my opinion on the matter. To each his own... just whatever.

I think everyone bitching out and leaving before halftime did a lot to help the damn gameday experience. We have some of the softest ööööing fans on the planet. Leaving early doesn't send a message of any importance to anyone, but the players see that they are playing in front of 5k VPI fans and that is probably pretty deflating.

The gameday experience would have been fine if we had won the game.

It wasn't just the Tech fans, even the VT fans were leaving early.

I stayed for every miserable second of it, including "The Horse"

Even the asshole VT fans near me who shouted "Go Dawgs!" when tix were advertised on the big board left at the end of the third.

We brought some neutral fans. They left because it was boring as öööö. We stayed out of PITY. If you're not a die hard Tech fan why would you stay? Time is valuable and there are a lot of other things to do in Atlanta.
