Did I just watch a Chan era game replay

With this o line and QB and WR we most def would’ve gone scoreless with Chan - Nix

remember scoring 6 vs the mighty wake forest

but uga wouldn’t have scored 52. Probably 27

The Chan-ness is my biggest fear with Collins.

Good defensive need offenses that control the clock and keep the defense rested.
You can do that with or without scoring. But you have to extend drives.

Nothing I saw this season seems like Patenaude, Key, and Collins are going to do that.

Chan's problem was the antiquated passing game. I have no idea what the identity of the offense is right now.

Exactly what are we recruiting to??

We’re recruiting to something we don’t have the players to execute...which is why it’s unrecognizable.

Two years ago, we scored 7 vs uga. Last year, our offense didnt score vs their starters.

Maybe it's not the OC, huh?

That's confusing to me, because I would expect the identity to show through.
I feel like we're just running a base 11 personnel offense, because well that's what everyone else does.

I don't know everything about football strategy, but I have no idea what the offense is trying to attack.

On Defense, I think I see a desire to confuse with coverages, and late pressure..

Don't get me wrong I think Jimmies and Joes are important, but having lived through the Ron Zook era, you better be able to coach out of a wet paper bag.
