We didn't match up with their lines at all. It was a miracle and a great showing by our guys that it was still a game at halftime. You are delusional or football stupid if you think we had a chance. I'm just glad they didn't hit 60 or 70.

We knocked their top receiver out for the first half of LSU, and maybe Swift too. (Though UGA is saying contusion, Swift should be back.) And we didn't get blanked. The team gave them a game for a half

I expected Tech to suck. You guys have given me all the excuses I need. I expect Tech to suck next year too. Year 3 will be the year hopefully we can get back to mediocrity.

Yeah, I actually expected worse. Biggest disappointment was that muffed punt. Otherwise, we had some flashes of competitiveness.

Well, to answer your question, I expect GA TECH to win every athletic endeavor it undertakes.

I see no reason to play without that expectation.

I not only expect, but know, that regardless of the score I will always be proud of the S/As that wear our colors.

I expect us to do better recruiting in the next few months than we did this time last year.

I was expecting, but now I know, that I am going to personally sacrifice some things to donate more money than I had promised to do already.

I expected us to do better than we did against Temple - after all, Temple defense is the best in football. :)

I'm just glad it's over. After the 2020 Natty game, we're undefeated. Time for a clean slate and a new year. I'll enjoy some march madness in the Spring, then some college world series in Ohama this Summer, then come August it's on baby.

Thank you. We need a lot more fans just like you.

That's a refreshing take.

I agree completely. I’m just glad it’s over. I don’t really look forward to next year.....I need a while away from this. I’ll see how I feel come spring.

I did not expect a great season. I was very disappointed in The Citadel loss and in the poor performances at home in games 10 and 12. The first shutout at home since the 50’s and our worst loss to the Dawgs in history in two 45 point losses was terrible.

Come on, you can admit you knew we had no chance today. It's nice to say you expect us to win every game, but there is no way in hell anybody expected a win today, or even hoped for a miracle. The probability was so low it was truly close enough to round to zero.

Yep & it is all Coach Johnson's fault

I didn't expect to win... but I did expect to move the ball at least a little bit. In years past we'd drive the ball 40 yds and then fumble it at our own 15. That was depressing... but not as depressing as going three-and-out so often. Then when our defense came up with big turnovers... we couldn't do anything with it. Aside from the onside kick, our special teams was pretty bad today, too.

So I expected us to play better than we played.

Biggest disappointment to me was the meltdown in the 2H which we lost 35-0. Its like they gave up in the locker room after playing a really good 1H. And coach please, please practice your kicking game more next year, every aspect.

I am not endorsing everything in this post, but I believe it is the best RussianOffense post I have ever read.
