Agree. This saves us a redshirt burn and gives the noobs a chance to learn from someone with experience pass blocking at a draftee level.

It allows the best few of our OL recruits to play meaningful snaps, but removes the burden of needing so many of them to be instant contributors. The biggest weakness on the team last year was OL play. Our coaches have identified that and found multiple avenues to strengthen that unit.

Yeah, Rivals not only dropped Morton out of the top 250, they dropped him to high 3 star. So it wouldnt be him, but I would expect him to be there.
