How is Norvell on Gibbs? February 3-29 is a dead period this year. I mean, he can write him, text him and call him...but he can't have a face-to-face with him.

They're allowed to do that. They can write, tweet and call. But from the 3rd though the 29th of the month (leap year this year, huh?) is a dead period which means no face-to-face with coaches. Point being that tweeting, calling and writing don't have the same value as being in front of someone.

Yeah, I thought the same thing: it could be about next season.

It also could just be about Gibbs; some of the team and staff might know it is official so that is what is up their sleeve.

So not really a surprise but who knows.
