Maybe at one time college ball games were more innocent or genteel but those days are long past. It's more like a pro as opposed to a school game atmosphere nowadays. And it makes the fans happy and boosts attendance and revenue. And it's the Big 404. I mean c'mon.

Went to GT baseball game yesterday. Bought overpriced beer. Drank said beers in the stands. Got too much sun. All was well until we lost in extra innings.

To report back, they offered Yuengling, Bud Light, Monday Night Slap fight and several seltzer options.

They dont give a dick about sports.

I would nominate Reformation. I would say Second Self, but they changed their logo to red and black. WTF.
I nominate Second Self.

At the GT Hotel, Second Self has a beer called Up with the White & Gold Ale. 9.5/10. Seems like an easy transition to BDS.

It will be interesting to see how much that increases attendance.

They cannot be any worse. Those that are going to drink have already gotten loaded while tailgating. I’d rather keep them drunk than dealing with them as they hit streaks of anger while sobering during the game. Plus, I’ll enjoy having a beer while watching the Jackets.
tailgating for a baseball game?

Should we ask TStan what the conclusion of the pilot program was?

Looks like a bust. Revenues for Baseball concessions cratered shortly after the program was announced. GT will just say no to alcohol any any future sporting events.

I don't see anything in this thread that looks remotely like a bust.
