All the BYU fans seem to think Tech is a definite win for them. Boy I think they are in for a suprise. That game is going to be a dog fight; I don't see Tech folding their chair and going home in any game this year. I know we have had endless prediction threads on this; but I think Tech will smashmouth them all day. It will be a display of good ole fashion no fair dodging southern football. Running it straight at them. Should be fun to see.

Just scroll through and read random predictions...no one even mentions us. In fact there are already prediction threads/discussions about the USC game (on page 4 or 5 of their board)
 
We have about 650 pounds on one side of the center that is going to PLOW some cougar butt.
 
Mark, thanks for the link! Let them think that way. Its a bit unusual I think after losing here last year.

On a real positive, I signed up for the LDS singles connection. I arrive in Salt Lake Wednesday night, and now have 11 dates for the game. Does anybody have any extra tickets?

If we can get some decent QB play out of Bilbo, our offense should have a pretty good day. BYU doesn't realize we have a huge senior o-line, and we can mix running backs (ACE, PJ, Grant) through the big holes they will create. We should run the ball about 70/30 and be able to pound it down their throats, and run a ton of clock. As long as we don't turn the ball over much, I think we can come away with a W.
 
If I recall correctly, their attitude was the same this time last year. I just hope they are "over-souped" again. They are very happy that they have a new defensive coach and (I think) now a proven QB. Chances are also that a few of their players are back from mission trips.
I still think we will need 2-3 "breaks" in order to put this one away.
By the way "Cool", no wonder you chose that monicer. Man, you are both "Cool" and "swift".

Both teams really need to win this game. If you're either side, you're gonna count this one as a win if your being optimistic. A win in Provo will be just the start our Jackets need to this coming year.
 
as long as they play as many white boys as they did last year, we should take 'em

 
I think our secondary will work kinks out real fast and blow these guys up. The athleticism in our DBs excites me more than anything about our football team right now.
 
Chan really needs to post this crap on the teams bulletin board. Boy's they are questioning our teams manhood

I applaud their optimism but they're making a sad mistake in not taking us more seriously. Guaranteed it won't feel much like a guaranteed win when we're done.
