ACC Championship Prediction Thread

I was shocked to see there wasn't a prediction thread for the ACCCG.

I'm going to be pessimistic. I don't know why, but I don't have my mind **** right. Maybe it's my hernia surgery eating away at my brain or something.

Don't have a great feeling about this, but I've been getting my **** mind rite for finals.

So I'm going against my gloomy outlooks and say we win 40something to 30something.

Thanks, bro. The recovery is going very well so far. If we win tonight, I have a feeling my post-op pain will be non-existent.
 
my mind is also not **** right. i guess because i don't play, i can get by with it. we are really banged up now, and have struggled (albeit with wins) in executing the 3O against the DLine led by Sapp and Bowers. Defensively, you know were going to give up some TDs. Stopping Spiller and Ford are tough enough with a health D, let alone a depleted one. Despite what we hear, I fear our minds are still stuck in last Saturday. While I always like our coaching edge so long as CPJ is pacing the sidelines, especially when his counterpart is Dabo, they don't actually play. I think Clumpson is a tough matchup for us, and frankly they should have run away with the ACC IMO.

It will almost certainly be a close game, and I hope I'm wrong, but I say

Are you serious? This doesn't mean we don't support our team. I was the first one after the UGA game to make a positive thread about our coach and our players so don't be accusing me as being a bad fan. Also I don't think our program is ****. Unlike you, I think our program is great and on the rise.

It's the support that matters, not who you think is going to win. By thinking we are going to lose, it doesn't mean you aren't there to support our team.
 
Spalding, just because some of us are not optimistic does not mean we will not be there tonight going absolutely sh*t crazy yelling our asses off. jeeeeezus.
 
Just half this site is so negative about this team.. Yeah our defense sucks and we lost a game to UGA.. But you put it behind you and move on and support your team.. I bet that our lose to Ugag has some fans not wanting to watch the ACCCG ..because there is not point... Ive heard it so much everywhere.. I love this team and I believe they are a very special group.. I beleive as you guys say that PJ will have their F#####g mind right..
 
This game, because we were so blantantly exposed by Georgia'a runniing game, took on a completely different flavor. If we come it with a defense for Spilller (like South Carolina did) we can win this game easily. But people that have watched us this year realize we are capable of giving up lots of points to teams like Miss State, Vanderbilt, etc. At the same time, we did well against VPI and their high powered running game and we did well against Duke's passing attack. I think the same prediction applies for this game as against Georgia---if we can force four or five punts we should win. If not, look out.
