Thanks P.O. I was trying to remember the exact wording of this cardinal rule of life. It says it all about our little..ahem, situation.

All I could come up with was: Never get thrown out at third or home with less than 2 outs. :laugher:

Actually it has always been don't make the first or third out on the bases.
