Last week: 3-1 (with the Wake call a push) Overall: 20-21

I'm inching my way closer to .500 overall. Gosh, I'm glad I didn't listen to Buzzilla. He seemed to think Texas would lose to K State and that Air Force would win going away against Notre Dame.

This week:

Notre Dame +10 @ FSU
Notre Dame has a great defense and they find ways to win games. I'm not sure that they will win down in Tallahassee, but I think it will be a close game.

Kentucky +4.5 vs. UGAg
The injuries to Gibson, Smith, and Stinchcomb are huge. Not to mention that kicker Billy Bennett might be out with salmonella. Georgia still has all of their playmakers on defense, but the Hefty Lefty will still put a hurting on them. Kentucky wins outright and ends UGAg's hopes of the MNC.

Texas A&M -5.5 vs. Nebraska
Ever since the Aggies demoted their OC they have been lighting it up on offense. They still have a great defense, and Nebraska isn't exactly Nebraska this year.

Alabama +2.5 @ Tennessee
Alabama is coming off a lopsided victory over Mississipi and Tennessee had a bye last week. Clausen is supposed to be back from injury, but he's been doing a little bit too much talking for my liking. Alabama wins outright.

LSU -3.5 @ Auburn
No Cadillac, no chance. Even without their leading tackler LSU wins this one by a lot.

Penn State +5 @ Ohio State
I think Ohio State is somewhat of a paper tiger right now, even though I've been predicting them to go to the Fiesta Bowl. Penn State is a solid team, and should make this a close one.

Iowa State +12.5 @ Texas
Iowa State looked awful last week against Oklahoma, but I think they get it back on track this week. If Wallace has a good game then he can get back into the heisman race.
