More wackiness from the other bowl games. Oregon and South Florida are tied 11-11 in the 2nd qtr of the Sun Bowl, thanks to a couple FG's, a couple TD's, and a couple 2-ptrs. Outside of 4, 11 pts is probably the rarest number to see on a score. I know it's early, but I can't remember ever seeing an 11-11 tie before.
