#13 Javin Simpkins RB

Great Article and Great recruiting! We need him! beat out Arkansas, Louisville, and UCF! We need to keep after him as I can see Miami and FSU trying to flip him. Simpkins missed some time during his junior year due to injury, but still was able to rush for 512 yards and three touchdowns in just four games. As a sophomore, the 5-foot-9, 175-pound back rushed for 1,124 yards and 10 touchdowns, and was named a Miami Herald All-Dade 8A-6A First-Team selection.

Yes. Re-committed. He de-committed when his position coach (Choice) left. He even stated in his interview that had it been later in his recruiting process, he would have stayed committed because ultimately he is committed to the school - not the coach.

Looks pretty good if we can get the line to open a hole or two instead of getting stuffed. I'd say that's our biggest issue. Both sides of the ball. Compete on the line of scrimmage.

That bodes well if we make a coaching change at the end of the year
