#15?

OL is probably the biggest reason why our classes are annually under-ranked under CPJ. We usually end up with 1 guy that comes in with some hype, 1-2 that only have a couple P5 offers, and 1 whose HS coaches forgot to invite to the team banquet. And adjusted for the offensive styles, we've probably had a Top 3 OL in the conference over CPJ's tenure along with maybe Miami and FSU. But if you could re-rank guys like Burden and Shaq who we beat out GA Southern and MTSU for and who went on to be all-ACC guys (and in Shaq's case one the best ACC OL of the decade really) then we'd be getting bumped of good bit. Obviously not the whole story (class size, inherent bias, etc) but I think it's the biggest reason.

TLDR: don't know anything about this kid but CPJ knows OL so cool.

That and class size since we aren't processing as many kids as these other schools.

Solid observation. Based on early results, I'm guessing that Kenny Cooper will be the current version of "underrated CPJ offensive lineman".
