#19 Commit: Legacy OL Bobby Mooney

If we get somebody other than the key, this kid has potential due to his size. Wisconsin recruits 6-6,6-7, and when they can find em even taller. They don't care how many "stars" they have - they bring em on and develop them. This staff has the right idea, but I am doubtful of their coaching and development until I see it in the players this staff has recruited. Anyway, welcome and good for you getting the scholarship young man.
 
Mooney was a monster. Quick feet. Good tennis player. Performed search and destroy mission on Bill Goldberg in the Georgia game.
 
Hopefully he is a mauler like his old man. Key needs to hit on some of these big bodied lineman;

I remember playing against him at SAC in hoops during a playoff rec game. I drove the lane, he stepped over, and next thing I was looking at the ceiling while Kevin Peoples was going the other way with the ball. We h7ng with them because we were all 3 point shooters, but we couldn’t stop them inside. And Peoples was a freaking athlete we couldn’t cover.
 
Hopefully where he comes from, they dont believe the mantra “Try kindness, it works”. I’d like to see mashers, so congrats young Mr. Mooney. Looking forward to watching you mash some folks.
