Gentlemen - I am working on a very unique project that I thought you would all be interested in hearing about.

My company - The Retro - is partnering with Georgia Tech to produce a 2006 Georgia Tech Football Highlight DVD. Here is what will be included on the DVD...

Highlights of every Georgia Tech football game.
In-depth interviews with players and coaches.
Exclusive behind-the-scenes access.
Interactive DVD menus.

The highlights will be set to music with plenty of radio calls for the big plays.

The interviews are the real difference maker - we will be talking with Coach Gailey, his staff, his players and some administrators about the things that are important to the Georgia Tech football program - from tradition to the importance of academics to the high character of the players and coaches.

Finally, all of this will be placed within interactive DVD menus for easy access to your favorite games and interviews.

We anticipate well over 75 minutes of content when all is said and done.

The GTAA is a big supporter of our efforts to focus on the program as a whole as well as the results on the football field.

Now - the best part. We will be taking proceeds from the sales of the DVD and giving them to Georgia Tech Football - more than likely via a scholarship fund.

You can visit our website at www.georgiatechdvd.com to pre-order your DVD today.

My goal is to write as large of a check as possible to the football program when all is said and done.

Listen for our commercials during the football pre-game show as well as Coach Gailey's call-in show. You will also see our commercial on Coach Gailey's TV show during the season. AND - our commercial will be running on the Jumbotron during pre-game and the game itself on Saturday night. Finally, our ad will be in all issues of the Ramblin Wreck newspaper for the rest of the year.

Drop me a note to mark@theretro.org if you are interested in getting involved - I still have a need for some more music as well as extra hands for some game-day marketing plans later in year.

More importantly, I am also searching for some sponsors to help offset our production costs - the more costs we eliminate with sponsorships, the more money we can give back to the football program.

Here's to a successful season and a big gift back to the football program.

Your feedback on my project and our website is welcomed.
