I just have this feeling that the OL is going to have some fun this year. The starters have generally been around for 4 years and during that whole time, they had to hear that they can't pass block.

But the fact is, our QB got happy feet before he was even done dropping back. Reggie's mobility was great, when he was healthy, but for an OL it probably wore thin sometimes.

I just have a feeling the OL is looking forward to a QB that steps up and uses the pocket that they are working so hard to form.

So long as they can stay healthy...seems like we have a few that are a bit fragile. Maybe it's just the heat though...

tums is sick and the heat is killing him

AJ smith is the only real injured starter

Gardner is taking it cautiously in practice

Rhodes is injured, but its very minor compared to AJ.

In times past, I have seen our strength become our weakness due to multiple injuries. I'm glad to hear they are well aware of the heat situation and are being cautious.

Fortunately, on the OL, we appear to have several quality backups.

We really need to sub this yr if we do have depth. Not only gives 1st unit a rest but gives experience with 3 Srs leaving.
Will be interesting to see how much we do sub.
