2010/2011 Recruiting Thread

Gtland says we are in the lead for Safety Brian Randolph on another message board. Anybody seen him play or heard much about him?

ELITE safety prospect. Had 110+ tackles last year and returns punts and kickoffs..
 
You really think we'll get him or were you just trying to get the-mainboard all excited?

Sitting pretty as of right now. The longer it plays out the better the chances are he comes to the flats.
 
Gtland or gteric, do you know much about tech's basketball recruiting? We really b
need to bring in a big body to give us some minutes downlow. Assuming favors and lawal leave we are only going to have sheehan, Dan miller, and holsey to play downlow. Do we have a shot at any decent post guy?
 
We will sign another big guy....one guy we are after has high upside and one is already really good.

CJ Leslie. Ive been trying to get a hold of his coach for a week or so now.. Playing phone tag.

Kid is a FREAK athlete. PF - 6'8". Other than that its slim pickings out there this year. There was really a shortage of quality bigs in the 2010 class. UK is having a hard time as well. The coaches are searching EVERYWHERE for someone.

I think you'll be surprised with Kam Holsey though.

Is he prob a 3 star? I'm from the same county as him and haven't heard much about him. Does this help our case with sterling Bailey alot? Kinda weird
we are recruiting hall co so hard. Claytor, shaw, cross, and drummond already on/were on the team and recruiting cheeks, Bailey, and aj Johnson pretty heavy

He will probably end up a 3 star on rivals, and yes he will be able to help us recruit Sterling Bailey.
