I get how they save money but I would push the fact that you receive and can keep hard tickets when getting season tix. For big games or big wins I like keeping the ticket.

If you are moving/upgrading don't you just pay the invoice and check the box for "I want to relocate my seats"? They don't know the complete inventory until renewals are finished. If you are relocating to a seat you already know is available then yeah you can go ahead and talk to rep.

I wish we would change to a STH card similar to Atlanta United. Even better if they use RFID instead of bar codes.

Yea I've done that for a few years and it doesn't help very much (I honestly don't think they even read it), it's easier to try and talk to them now.

I’ve had the same feeling. I’ve thought about filling the box with expletives like someone with Tourette’s just to see if it would get anyone’s attention.
