Gonna do the confidence/probability poll a bit differently this year due to the pandemic. Two posts, with simple win/loss predictions for each game. We'll use this to have a contest to see who gets the most games correct.

Rules are simple, vote for a win or loss for each game. If you vote for a win and a loss then I'll just toss out your votes.

So when I add up my votes, looks like I'm saying we go 6-4. If we win five conf games (one of the wins I project is vs. UCF), that should put us squarely in the middle at the end of the season. I think that would be pretty good if it turns out that way.

We play 11 games tho.

I picked us to win 5. I don’t believe we will win that many but looking at the games one by one it seemed feasible.

Oh, yeah. I was focused on counting what I think are the losses: F$U, Clemson, Louisville and Notre Dame. I'm shaky on Pitt and NC St. but what the heck.

Make it 7-4. Even better.

Taking one game at a time, I’ve got us at 1-10 with a win over Syracuse. I don’t think we’ll actually be quite that bad, but going by what I saw last year that’s what I’ve got. Prove me wrong!

I suspect that most of the bowl sponsors will want their games to be played, especially with cities struggling with tax deficits and a COVID vaccine available by December. In order to make that happen, a 4-win team would probably be bowl-eligible. It would be nice to get the extra practice and a 12th game if we can get enough wins to make the cut.

One day left to vote folks! This poll has 20 fewer voters than the first half poll. Are folks not noticing that there are two different ones?
