Will the Tigers bounce back from their "down year" of 10-3 and win the ACC again, or will one of those four challengers continue last year's disruption of the status quo in the conference? Let's dive in, with all odds coming via Caesars Sportsbook.
O/U
Clemson 10.5
Miami 8.5
Pitt 8.5
NC state 8.5
Wake 8.5
GT=Duke =3.5
I think we'll beat Duke at home and it won't be close.

Based on what? Just because you want it to be?

If I was a gambling man .......I wouldn't touch these lines with someone else's $.

Take the under on all of them
Yep. The ACC is a terrible football conference. None of those teams would even be in contention in another P5 conference. And Geoff can’t even win 2nd or 3rd place.

I posted this article link on The Other Site when it came out. Was going to post here but it is really grim

Caesar's over/under at 3.5, CBS Sports is picking the Under, seeing us going 2-10 this season but competitive enough to pull an upset somewhere along the line. For the record I predicted 4 wins, with the same 2, but I added UVa at home on the Thursday night after the bye week and hoped we might surprise one other team overlooking us. However, I can't argue with their rationale for struggling to get beyond 2.

And I also would not go near this bet.

Dook had a 5-6 year run under Cunt, now they're back to normal sucking as the perennial ACC doormat. Every couple decades or so they rip off a short streak. They'll probably be the only program that's our bitch for a while. Better enjoy it because outside of the out of the blue upset win over some lame ass ACC middle of the road team on some random weekend, owning Dook is about all we got to look forward to. Last year it was UNC preceeded by Louisville & Miami, who's gonna crap themselves for us this year? I'm thinking maybe VT.

So, CBS Sports picks we’ll best Duke along with some other minor upset. Yikes.

I’ll bet we lose and Duke hangs 40+ on Thacker’s defense.

Could be good. Hard to see anyone taking over 3.5, but then again, Vegas doesn’t tend to lose money. I’m more confident on winning 4 now based on Vegas.

I think Duh U... Will win 10 games. I think Clemson will win 11. NC St. is better than they are giving credit. I think NC St. is a 9, maybe 10 win team. Pitt??? I think they are giving them too much credit. I see them, more in the 6-7 win range. I cannot argue with us at 3.5. I have us at 4 wins. The ACC is weak, overall. Clemson and Miami, will surpass most team, just from the talent gap. It would not shock me, to not see an ACC team in the playoffs. We'll get a team in the NY6, just because of contracts. However: I would be surprised to see more than 2 ACC teams, in the top 10. I think Clemson will end up 8 and duh U will end up around 15th. Past that, NC St. maybe around 20.... I could be wrong. But, it looks to be a rough year for the ACC.
