2023 Spring Game - April 15

We tried to do a Friday night thing for a few years and between traffic and rain, it was kind of a fiasco. If memory serves, the last couple were back on Saturday morning or afternoon.

I’ll be out of town for this one - I’m kind of bummed to miss it.

Last year was on a Thursday at like 5 PM; St Patrick’s Day and the opening day of March Madness I think. Pretty much picked the 2 hour slot nobody will want to come, or be able to navigate into Atlanta.

No we had Friday evening spring games during CPJ years too. Barely because I was too drunk to remember much. I don’t remember the last time we had a Saturday afternoon spring game. Free event for Tech fans on a Saturday afternoon sounds like Tech fans might actually show up. Let’s hope the weather is sunny and warmish.

We had one at the beginning of the 2016 season cause I was dating this Colombian chick I brought.
