That would have been more favorable. There are not many recruits signed yet for whatever year this is. 4th in the conference for a relevant year would be a bigger deal.

We were 4th in the conference in basketball recruiting...in March of 2024.

I had to go back and look to confirm I am not losingh it.

Likely most of their money is going to pay for their athletic department instead of NIL since they made the agreement to take $0 from the ACC in order to join. They are playing the long game...get in a P4 and once they do start getting Conference payouts then the money from donations can go to pay athletes. The short term...boosters agreed to pay the school in the short term to make up for loss in revenue. No way to truly know though since its yet another private school and not subject to open records requests. My 2 cents worth of logic!
