Tough loss by both the Irish and the Jackets.

What do you think about the whole Demetrius Jones drama that has being going on the past few days at ND?

I must say, it must be tough to be an Irish fan. This season for the Irish is starting to enter GT 1994, Bill Lewis territory.

Great time to jump ship. Plenty of room in Tech's fanbase.

Hi Oatmeal,

Thanks for checking back in.

I too, would like an Irish fan's take on the Jones issue.

What is being said in Irish Circles?

Yo, Oatmeal - what's the over/under on sacks allowed by Notre Dame this weekend?

I notice Notre Dame is last in the country in sacks allowed and Michigan State is first in sacks/game.

IO: Is there anything to the scuttlebutt that Weis will be canned (beause of the Jones issue, among others) and Bill Lewis will take over as head coach before the end of the season?

Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Well I wish I would have read this post prior to submitting my picks for this week. In trying to gain ground in the standings I decided to go with the Irish --mainly because I knew nobody else would pick them (only 4 of us so far) --and Mich State usually drops one or two games a year that they should win.

For the sake of my pick I wish the ACC ref crew from the GT/BC game would somehow get the Irish/Spartan game this weekend --and let ND have at it as far as holding is concerned.

BILL LEWIS AT ND!

Oh man, that would make me giggle to no end. They shaft O'Leary and end up with Bill Lewis. Holy crap that'd be awesome.
