3 way tie between UM, VPI and us question...

If VPI and UM win out we would have identical 5-3 conference records and the head to head would be deadlocked since we beat UM, UM beat VPI, and VPI beat us. So under this scenario wouldn't the highest ranked team go to the ACCCG, which could be us if we beat Ugag? Am I correct in this assumption?
