No joking around...

I listened the MTM Jax St. pregame analysis from 33Jacket. He sounded like he had watched the game already. Just about all of his predictions came true.

Hats off to you sir...

He knows GT football better than anyone besides the coaches I reckon.

Thanks for the post and I appreciate your listening audience.

I am sure there will be games I miss the predictions as well :)

When/where can you get this wonderful pregame analysis? Obviously on the interweb if you're at home. Is there a way to get it if you're at the game?

Hi, unfortunately we don't have a day of the game pregame broadcast. The show mustang referred to air'd live wednesday night at 9 pm before the thursday game online. You can also download the mp3 and listen day of the game if you choose to at your tailgate.

Our new show, which will be pregame, airs 9pm friday nights on 1010 AM in the metro atlanta area.

Due to FCC rules the 50k watt station has to turn down at night, but it will still reach a relatively good bit of folks (about 1 million)

Tune in if you like....we will be going into BC, what they may do and general discussion.

Matt Winklejohn has done a fine job providing information about Tech. I do appreciate his efforts.

That being said, 33jacket is by far the best source for Tech football analysis. Most practice reports are about big runs, big hits and big catches. 33jacket has focused on areas of concern . . . offensive line and secondary. And wow, 33jacket has provided detailed, accurate evaluations. We are very fortunate to have a guy who really knows football and knows how to report what is going on. You know someone is good at this when their explanations cause visuals to appear in your mind. If you want to know the present state of Tech football, listen to his present and past reports on meetthemachine.com.

(Note: Their Bill Wagner broadcast is essential listening.)

DoubleB, IrishE and even The Machine should pay homage to 33jacket every time he is on that show. 33jacket should be a part of Tech’s game day broadcast.

Geeze! Don't tell this guy that! His head's big enough as it is. :p

Seriously, 33 knows his stuff.

the gods have spoken. big deal.

why don't you start your own board?

33, whats your predictions for the BC game?

hey, tonight at 9pm you can listen.....with that said I forgot to give a score prediction.

Tough call, alot has changed since we recorded the show, like missing LBs.

But, I still stand by my prediction of shotgun 2 back sets with some DE read option and early quick passing. Slants, outs, screens for the BC O. On D they will do what they do, not blitz much and use the DT's to clog the middle. I expect tech to counter with midline options. I am not concerned with the rain as much as some, if we fumble, it won't be b/c of the rain.

Defensively, we will show much more than last week. We basically played a cover 2 all game. Expect man free and line jamming, some 2 deep, 3 deep and more blitz packages. Key to this game....if our DL gets pressure and we use our LB's to drop in coverage, how does BC's draw/option game work? Will we then have to bring the LB's up or spy? That could open BC's passing game.....

Score..tough call

If GT wins...I like them in the mid to high 20s to BC's high teens low 20s. I will go with 27-20 good guys....however my gut is telling me BC right now.

Then you need to lay off the beer and let your gut rest! Predicting BC wins is not welcome on this board. And no, I'm not serious. I just hope you're wrong.
