Interesting that Prime wasn't mentioned at all. Chadwell or Prime seem to be the obvious best choices to me, and I'd be excited about either one. Chadwell is probably the "safer" choice, but definitely doesn't get the recruiting buzz going like Deion does. I think it's pretty safe to say that neither one will be available at the end of the year.

Agree. We need to fill the AD job like yesterday. We need to hire the next HC before the coaching carousel heats up, particularly if Auburn opens up. (We need that dipshit to win out. War Eagle.)

Our staff is on contract through the end of year and Chadwell and Prime both need to know we will support them finishing their current jobs 100%. We do have an open spot on our coaching staff, so say we hire Deion. You ask him who he wants us to hire to start recruiting for him and that guy comes on board and starts recruiting for next year 24/7. Because he is a coach he would have full max access for recruiting visits and contacts.
