I don't mind the '404' branding...as long as we have wins that back it up. I'm glad we went back to the 'TECH' on the helmet bumpers. The ATL wasn't bad but TECH is classic. As far as recruitment is concerned this is a solid start with more to come.

which of the 3 positions is he projected to? any comments from coaches or will it wait till after he's here?

I'm the opposite, prefer ATL. 404-Wins Not Found jokes are too easy, and attaching us to one specific area code when there are multiple area codes common to Atlanta is dumb.

In the world of cell phones and multiple area codes I get your point. Still being home grown, I always associated ATL and 404 together, even before Collins took it and ran with it.

All of Atlanta celebrated April 4th as "404 Day" when you're supposed to wear Atlanta sports gear. Geoff ran with it the area code so hard while losing so badly that he basically killed 404 Day (and it was not an original idea).

Losing makes all promotional ideas look like lame gimmicks. See the Falcons with rise up, brotherhood, etc.

He is currently an edge rusher. I think he profiles a lot like Keion White. His development as a hand-in-the-dirt guy or a coverage guy will depend on his S&C and coaching at GT, I think.

He is very quick for his size so he can go get the QB, at minimum.

I hope our S&C can really bulk him up and keep his quickness but he looks like a chiseled, tallish string bean. He'll be lucky to get to 260.
