A.J. Portee?

There was a post in an "evil thread" :rolleyes: that refered to A.J. Portee and the AJC mentioning that he had an offer. Does anybody have any further info or know anything about this young man? He seems pretty light in the seat for a DE/OLB prospect.
 
He is someone who they might look at to give a late offer. He likes Tech, the staff has not extended an offer yet though.

Okay, that is what I was thinking.

Hmmm, there is a big discrepancy between his Scout height and weight and what his coach refers to in the article. Maybe his profile hasn’t been updated in a while.

Scout: 6'4" 176 lbs
AJC: 6'5" 210 lbs
 
That is a pretty big difference...a lot of weight to put on in a short amount of time, that's for sure...
 
I think the AJC's is more realistic, he doesnt have an offer though like it states he does.

I am not so sure about that....AJ's measurements on scout were taken at the Scout Combine. he would have had to gain weight awfully quick....but anything is possible...ask Barry Bonds!!! :laugher:

Ohh, he went there...However, Barry gained that much in his head alone. Have you seen the noggin on that guy.
