Great QB... will go down in history as one of the best
They had so much confidence in him they let him take that last shot with 6 seconds left.
Really smart play by him... a catch is a win and an incomplete leaves just enough time for a FG.
He’s very cool under pressure. My bane as a Chicago fan... Chicago has never beaten Rodgers. Their one win in the Rodgers era was backup vs backup. They came close this year with Rodgers going out, but I knew it was over when he came back in during the 4th quarter. The guy makes comebacks look easy.
Great drive. I don’t know about that drive saving illegal contact call that everyone just kind of brushed over, but incredibly clutch, none the less.
Yeah I thought that was a bit touchy, but you know how they are this year with respect to the QB.
The Sherman one, that extended the drive? Definitely illegal contact, Adams was breaking and would've been wide open. Sherman pulled him back, Rodgers couldn't make the throw and was sacked. Would have been bs the other way around, actually.
Someone argue with me that Aaron Rodgers isn't statistically the best quaterback of all time. It is already true. Only Brady and his Superbowls comes close.
Man, you are down 2 with the 2 minute warning coming soon. Aaron Rodgers is standing on the sidelines about to take the field to inevitably drive his team the distance for a game winning FG attempt or punching it in the endzone. And dumbass runs it out of the endzone and fumbles.
I know right. Dumbass deprived me of a Rogers comeback.
We got one of the greatest quarterbacks in the NFL but I'll take this ball and win it myself, oh s*** maybe not.
The other thing was the 2 minute warning. If he kneels it, then it’s before the 2 min stoppage. Pack could run a play then have the clock stop. Even if he doesn’t fumble, Montgomery wastes the 2 min warning. Fumbling was basically the only thing you CAN’T do there.
I have been a Ty apologist since his injury, but I'm just about off that train. I'm tired if rb's having one good game and falling off forever. I feel like we need to just cut this trio of RBs and take one in the first round. Rodgers has never had a dominant back behind him.
Seen this guy play in person. Rolls out and flicks lasers. He's unreal.
This Rodgers guy might turn out to be pretty good. Time will tell.
I saw him live in 2010 Atlanta (loss in regular season but won superbowl) and in Jacksonville to open 2016 season. Seeing him in person really makes you see him for what he is- the best nfl quarterback of all time.
Saw him in the NFC Championship game a couple years ago in Atlanta. Falcons were up by like 30 at one point (and didn't blow it). Not one of his better games.
ESPN ran a “what if” article the other day about Rodgers getting drafted by the Pats and playing under Belichek. Brady quoted that Rodgers is significantly more talented than him and “if he played here he’d throw for 700 yards every game.”
Brady’s talent is between his ears. He is one of the most accurate QBs of all time, but what makes him special is he is (arguably) the best decision maker, leader and winner ever.
That was the Julio Jones show. We were down to UDFA CB's and Atlanta just made it look easy.
Julio makes a lot of corners look waiver wire available.
