There's approximately 35,000 up for sale with about 8,000 being in the lower level & the rest upstairs. Jacksonville seems extremely happy with this gm & really wants it every yr. What irks me is that no other city appears to be interested. Anyway, J'ville is a very good place to have this gm.

I am about to shut down and did not see your links yet, but am very happy the game is in Jax.
