Greetings and welcome to the 3rd Coastal race poll.
In last week's poll results, we had the following:
Pitt - 35% (-7% after Week 1)
Duke - 37% (+2%)
UNC - 28% (+5%)
Results from these teams' games:
UNC def Pitt 26-19
Miami sorta kinda def Duke 30-27
Conference Standings:
1 - UNC 4-0
2 - Pitt 4-1
3 - Duke 3-1
This week's schedule:
Sat Nov 7 - ND @ Pitt
Sat Nov 7 - Duke @ UNC
As I so boldly predicted, UNC is looking like the best team in the coastal right now. Pitt looked decent but not great, and Duke allowed a team without a head coach to be in a position to beat them on a play riddled with bad officiating. Listening to the Duke radio call of that play is entertaining. Go listen to it. "Miami guy catches the ball, now he throws it to that guy, and he throws it to another guy, and he runs then throws it back to the first guy..."
I'm leaving the Hurricanes out of the poll for now, but when Duke loses and Miami beats the Hoos, I'll add them into the mix.
Vote like its a bye week.
