Seems pretty sensible. Only one I don't like, which is not new, is the SportSource Analytics metric because it's a black box from what I can tell. They could declare a winner based on that and you wouldn't know why.

It’s amazing how much thought I’ve given tie breaker scenarios over the years. Gonna miss that Coastal chaos.

One of the end rules should be "whoever wasn't there more recently gets in". Otherwise, it's all about feed the top programs constantly and we know who the Commish would choose. Ratings!, UNC! Top Programs of Late!
