Sure seemed like it to me. "And the kick is good" sounded exactly like the BDS guy. He also had the same "It's 3rd down..........and 7.........at the 45."

Yes, that's him. He's also done the past 2 Gator Bowls we've been to, as well as the last Peach Bowl we went to.
