Actually, I'm pretty glad we won. :)

If it's an "ugly" win everytime we don't blowout a team we're favored over, then we might just want to make an extra column. Wins-Losses-Ties-Ugly Wins.

I spent the whole game thinking that it was close like it was for two reasons:

1) A couple of defensive slips.
2) Freak scoring plays, re: the INT TD and the KR TD.

Granted, a score is a score, but it's important to consider to entire spectrum of the game, which is that we played really well for the most part and NC State made the most of our two biggest slips ups, right when they happened.

Would I have preferred a blowout? Yes. I also would like to wake up each morning to a fresh new mountain of cash and a plate of chili dogs. Instead, I'll take a steady job with weekly trips to The Varsity and an 8 point win over a dangerous NC State squad in their place on Homecoming in what would have been a big let-down game for us in the past.

One win away from Jacksonville, guys - hold on. :)

Up with the White and Gold.
To Hell with anything else.

Just thinking about them has me reaching for Rolaids.

Chili dogs for breakfast. They're kind of like the V onion rings. Really good for about an hour.
