No idea if it's our Tech Gold (or possibly a placeholder), but I can't imagine what else they could mean by "Tech" in this context.

Mind you, this mi Dame 4 is the only shoe I've found on the site that can be customized with this color. Almost certainly an accidental launch. They may already be rolling it back for all I know.

Anyone want to throw down $140 to see how these shoes look in person?
 
Have you noticed some of the basketball players wearing gold shoes? Alvarado and others. Wonder if there’s a connection.
 
I feel like we pretty much know the new gold at this point. GT Athletics has started using a new shade on all of their YouTube videos and newer promo materials. It also aligns pretty closely with the shoe color.

Looks a lot better in the promos than on the shoes... Would have to see it in person. Too washed out, but at least it's dark enough to stand up to white without having to use a tertiary color extensively. Wish there could be some metallic component, but it's just impossible to replicate that consistently across all materials and promotions (especially computer graphics). First reaction is not positive, but I can tell that it will grow on me if used properly. And it's versatile enough to do very simple throwback style designs.
