They always give two viable options, but the 3rd one is ALWAYS true so you can't get a good feel for the opinion of the fanbase.

For example,

Who do you think will win the Tech/UGA game?

1. UGA
2. Tech
3. We will have to wait until Saturday.

Well, #3 is always true.

Example 2,

What are you feelings about Tenuta not being part of Tech's coaching staff?

1. Not good at all.
2. I trust Johnson.
3. Only time will tell.

Ugh, another truism for #3.

Then they'll quote the poll, saying only 30% thought the DC was a good hire.

Online polls are completely worthless anyway, no matter how good the choices.

Of all the things to complain about regarding the AJC, I'd think that focusing on ambivalent online polls is missing some of the worst writing in the nation.

I love how scientific their polls are. In order to skew/pad the results, they allow you to submit your answer once every hour.

The really scary thing is that's often how all star game voting in pro sports works. It is a joke, and yet players are often judged on how many all star appearances they have.
