Al is too good a coach for Miami. He should have never gone to that hell hole. Maybe Mark Richt will move down there after we beat Georgies ass this year.
Go Jackets!
The guy at Temple is doing better than Golden did. Canes should consider.
This. I'm one of the people who does not believe it's impossible for Richt and Georgia to part ways. Even if Richt loses to Florida, Auburn and us this year which would be catastrophic when combined with their losses to Alabama and Tennessee, they still should not fire him but if enough of the barking turns to whining, I think they may.Man, I'd love it if Richt went there and UGA made an emotional hire.
Those delushional rednecks will regret the day they fire probably, the best HC they have ever had.This. I'm one of the people who does not believe it's impossible for Richt and Georgia to part ways. If they do, the odds are in favor of the next coach being a Muschamp/Derek Dooley hire rather than the Saban/Urban that they're convinced they can get. And I would very much love to see the next Jim Donnan in Athens when we aren't building our way back from something like the B*** L**** era.
I would *love* for UGA to fire Richt. They won't do it unless the money people start pulling out, but it would be nice.
I really can't imagine him leaving UGA for Miami. Their stadium is a crap-hole and the fans are insane.
Texas would be tough to say no to, but I have to think they called before hiring Strong, right?
I would say Texas is a step up simply because they have such a huge brand and fanbase. It's probably not any easier to win there than at U[sic]GA, but doing so would be a bigger deal. In my made up hierarchy of college football programs, Texas is in tier 1A along with Alabama and Notre Dame. All three really have national brands, and Georgia does not.Texas is parallel. He won't make that move, unless fired.
A better move would be USCw.b which is also parallel but further away.
